Back to School Baskets

Back to school baskets

I am a sucker for an unexpected gift; in the giving sense I mean. Although I’ll take being an unsolicited receiver. Especially if it’s a collection of fun things in a basket.

I first started doing this on Valentine’s day for the girls. I was always back and forth on whether or not the day required a “gift”, so instead I decided to make them a basket full of fun family experiences and activities. It has become a super fun tradition!

With school looking a lot different this year, and them being disappointed about not being able to see friends or participate in extracurriculars, I wanted to do something extra special for their first day of school. Aside from drag them out front of the house for an obligatory “First Day of School” photo.

Back to school supplies

The idea came about because I came across these cute caddies and thought they would be great to have sitting on top of their desks full of supplies for easy access, and that we could also take them with us on the go when we wanted a change of scenery for school.

I added some other fun items for them to use for school and quiet time like paint-by-sticker books, pencils and pens, crayons, notebooks, etc. I will link everything below!
