Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

These Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies have been a favorite in our family for years. They are soft and as you can see keep much of their shape, making them very satisfying to bite in to!

Ingredients:

1 c. salted butter, room temperature
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1(3.4oz) package instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda.

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugars with mixer until well combined.
  3. Add putting mix, water, vanilla and eggs, mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually add flour & baking soda, mix well.
  5. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
  6. Using a medium-sized cooking scoop, or about 1 Tbsp, drop mounds of batter onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Baking 8-10 minutes. Done when tops are lightly browned.
