No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

peanut butter chocolate chip protein balls

These have been a staple in our house for at least a year. The kids love them and think they’re a treat and they curb my sweet tooth. Jokes on us because they are choke full or protein and healthy ingredients! Plus, they take less than five minutes to whip up and require very little ingredients.

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. honey
1 1/3 cup peanut butter
2 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup flax meal
1 scoop Young Living Chocolate Protein

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well to combine. Batter will be sticky, but will harden in the freezer.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, or Tbsp, make balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  3. Place cookie sheet in freezer until balls harden, about 25 minutes.
  4. Store protein balls in refrigerator.
