My husband is a HUGE fan of peanut butter desserts. I found this Peanut Butter Lasagna recipe from Spend With Pennies and decided to give it a try for one of his special days a couple of years ago… Yes, I’ve been holding onto this little secret for that long. Also, COVID happened, so that’s my excuse.
Anyway, we had some of the peanut butter mousse leftover and decided to try it by itself and OH.MY.GOSH. It was so delicious! It’s decadent and rich so a little goes a long way and it’s got just the right amount of peanut butter.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cool whip or other frozen topping
