Capsule Wardobe | Weekly Round-Up

You guys, I love sharing these posts with you! It’s honestly even fun for me to go back and look at how I pieced things together throughout the week. The weather here in NC has been just CRAZY. Like, chilly, then super hot, then rainy and humid. UGH. I just want fall! Here is a peek into what I wore last week…

Remember my “this is real life” post on IG last week… hahaha! That is drool and dirty finger prints from my kiddos on my mirror- OOPS. Anywayyyyy… I LOVE these jeans, they are super soft and comfy and have just enough stretch to not get too loose, but not be too tight. I got them in a Stitch Fix box last year. I believe this is their own brand of jeans. The top is from Old Navy last year (can’t find anything similar) and the shoes are Hush Puppies Women’s Odessa Slip-on Loafer. Those shoes are SO super comfy! I’m between 7 and 7.5 and got the 7, so I’d size down.

This entire outfit is new to my capsule this year! The shirt is from Abercrombie and a way better price than I paid a few months ago- wait for one of their sales to get an even better deal! The shorts are also Abercrombie and an amazing price when you hit their sale- I got mine for $16. Size down, one size, in these! I didn’t and mine are super big in the legs. The shoes are an Aldo purchase (also on sale, duh). They are super comfy. I would also size down a half size in these, as they tend to stretch as you wear them. The color is khaki. They are under $40, but sizes are limited in this color.

Did you guys notice I wore the same shorts two days in a row?? Mmhmmm… this mama don’t waste when it comes to laundry. Shorts are same as above. Shirt is from Target back in the spring. I can’t find it online, but there are plenty of cold shoulder options elsewhere! similar.

This top was a Loft purchase a few months ago, but this is the first time I got to wear it (stinking hot fall weather). They no longer have it online or in stores unfortunately, but the back is too darn cute! The jeans are also Loft- their Modern Skinny Jeans. I love them, BUT, they are very stretchy, so much so, that they aren’t super comfy until day #2 or #3 of wearing them. They are true to size. I’m wearing petite.

OH MY GOSH. This was a total accident y’all!! I put this shirt on backwards and was like, um, that is darn cute! This Abercrombie top is super cute and comfy! I love the color, too. This color is sold out, but they have other cute colors! I love it so much, I’m considering grabbing the blue stripe color for spring! Jeans are same as above- tricked ya guys, by unfolding them. Flats are Target from ages ago, but they still have them! They’re on clearance right now for less than $12! RUN! They are so comfy, and leopard is totally a neutral!

Here is the Abercrombie top worn the correct way, so that cute asymmetrical hem goes in the back. It is so darling! The top is a bit big on me, this is a small. I haven’t washed it yet, and it’s got a bit of linen in it, so I suspect it will shrink (I hope!).

I hope you guys enjoyed this month’s weekly OOTD capsule round-up! Happy Weekend!
