Do y’all remember this Loving Lately when I talked about my favorite protein “milkshake”? Well, I’ve revamped it and nixed the ice cream and milk, making it way more healthy. WIN!
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 scoop PB2
1/2 c. almond milk (gauge this yourself depending on how thick you like your shakes!)
10-12 ice cubes
handful of dark chocolate chips (1/4 c.)
Directions:
1) Add banana to blender, followed by 2 scoops protein powder and 1/2 school PB2.
2) Add 1/2 c. almond milk and ice cubes
3) Blend until ice cubes are dissolved 15-20 seconds.
4) Throw in handful of chocolate chips and blend until in fine pieces.
5) ENJOY!
